Part Time Kitchen Assistant
Reporting into Training Ground Chef
Based at Bodymoor Heath
20 hours per week over a seven-day rota
Implementation of the company cleaning schedule.
Operation of kitchen machinery including commercial dishwashers.
Working to agreed hygiene standards as lay down by the Chef.
Serving behind the counter and assisting the chef when necessary with basic food preparation i.e. sandwiches and toast.
Ensuring the dining room is set up ready for service to the company standard.
Ensuring the dining room is broken down at the end of service to the company standard.
