Job Title: Middleweight Graphic Designer
Job Location: Villa Park, Bodymoor Heath Training Ground or any other site which the club may reasonably request you to work from.
Create and produce outstanding designs for print and some digital projects.
Brainstorm ideas with the team.
Key team player.
Good understanding of print production.
Desire to learn more about Design and understand Marketing strategies.
Primary work will be Hospitality & Events campaigns. The work will be aimed at our corporate clients and is mostly print based with some web/digital artwork. Hospitality & Events covers a variety of areas including matchday hospitality, conferences and public events.
Campaign artwork roll out.
Production of a variety of printed materials including brochures, direct mail and flyers, as well as various web graphics and email artwork.
When required to help other team members with other projects, to do so.
Overtime may be required for some projects.
Exceptional communication skills, leadership skills and a confident and proactive attitude.
Always be highly organised and able to prioritise work effectively to maximise results.
A creative eye for detail.
Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which your manager or another senior officer of the Club asks you to perform.

Qualifications and Experience
At least 2 years experience
Good English skills
Training and Skills Knowledge
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Keep up to date with software upgrades that enable us to progress with design trends, and technology requirements within the industry for the good of the club.
A good understanding of print production processes is an advantage.
