He joins the in-house television crew for an in-depth chat inside his favourite restaurant in Hale.

Heskey reflects on his time playing for Villa, picking out his debut at Portsmouth and the Carling Cup thumping of Blackburn as his two highlights.

He chats about his former strike partner Gabby Agbonlahor and how proud he is to see the speed star excelling this season, having smashed past Dwight Yorke's Premier League goal record.

He discusses skipper Stan Petrov and how pleased he is to see the popular midfielder back healthy again.

Heskey also runs the rule over star forward Christian Benteke and tells us how amazed he's been with the talismanic striker's rise to fame in his first season in the top-flight.

The Newcastle Jets frontman also talks of his admiration for Paul Lambert and why he thinks the future is bright for Villa going-forward.

Heskey also tells us about his career as a whole and how he's got no regrets.

Petrov also joins us, assessing the current squad and telling us of the fun factor behind 'Petrov Day' where over 3,000 fans will wear masks bearing the image of the Bulgarian battler.

Ron Vlaar also features on the show and the No.4 expresses his determination to sign off with a win at the DW Stadium.

He says it will round the season off nicely as well as giving a good feeling to the club's fantastic away fans.

We dip into Paul Lambert's pre-match press conference, also.

The gaffer tells us he wants to finish as high as possible, stressing there will be no taking it easy in the final match of the campaign.

To round things off, we have some goals scored at Wigan over the years, including efforts from Gabby Agbonlahor and James Milner.
