Paul Lambert hailed matchwinner Gabby Agbonlahor's "pace and power" after the courageous 2-1 win at Norwich.
Agbonlahor was at the double at Carrow Road, his winning goal coming at the death to seal a memorable and massive three points for Lambert's emerging Lions.
Lambert couldn't have happier with Agbonlahor's contribution, praising the manner of the goals and the attributes shown by the fab forward over the past few weeks.
Agbonlahor broke Dwight Yorke's Premier League record in the win over Sunderland - and added two more in East Anglia.
Lambert said: "The goals from Gabby were top-class.
"Gabby has been playing ever so well. He's an absolute threat. He has speed and power. He is playing excellently for us.
"He's got the speed to hurt teams. Today I thought his goals were fantastic.
"As I said, he has incredible speed. He's one of the quickest lads I have ever seen.
"But allied to that, he has the power.
"And his goals? To break the Dwight's record is a terrific achievement.
"He's playing really, really well at this moment in time.
"If he can keep doing that and we keep building, it will be great."
Lambert also praised the provider in the winning goal - a pinpoint pass from Ashley Westwood.
He added: "I thought the pass from Ashley for the second one was outstanding. The ball was an absolute peach.
"Overall, it was a big, big performance because of the effort we put. I thought it was a bigger effort than Monday."
