Paul Lambert took training today with his players in buoyant mood ahead of the clash with Norwich.

Boss Lambert knows all about how difficult the game will be at Carrow Road, having managed the Canaries for three glorious seasons.

But he was his usual positive self ahead of the match as he co-ordinated training alongside trusted lieutenants Ian Culverhouse and Gary Karsa.

Lambert admits he's eager to get the job done and put the relegation issue to bed as soon as possible, with a win in East Anglia this weekend certainly helping the cause.

He'll send his troops out with their usual approach - win at all costs.

He said: "Every game you set out to win.

"You don't go into matches thinking you're going to draw. You try to win.

"We always look a threat with the amount of goals we've scored. Anybody would tell you, we're an absolute threat going forward. The way we are playing, there is a lot of confidence there.

"Anybody who has seen us throughout the season will tell you we don't go for a draw."

Fabian Delph insists there's a "no fear" approach in camp - and Lambert stresses this is a good attitude to take in the final three matches.

He added: "You have to play without fear, that's when you do your best.

"What Fabian means is they don't feel as though they are down there. The way they are playing, they aren't playing with any fear.

"The pressure is always there anyway so there's no point adding to it."
