Villa stormed to yet another huge win in the Barclays U18 Premier League, winning 6-1 against Arsenal at London Colney.
On the same day that Villa's first team also travelled to Arsenal, the youngsters provided the perfect build-up to the main event with a comprehensive victory in north London.
Tony McAndrew's team - who earned 5-2 wins against Blackburn Rovers and Manchester City in their two previous outings - took the lead through Jerell Sellars.
The former Lincoln City wideman was on target for a second time, while Daniel Crowley scored twice and Ricardo Calder found the net as the claret and blues surged into a 5-0 half-time lead.
Villa were 6-0 up just after the break courtesy of an own goal.
The Gunners pulled one back in stoppage time through Zach Fagan.
Victory over Arsenal extended Villa's lead at the top of the group to five points.
