Arsenal v Villa pre-match show: Weimann and Agbonlahor on hand

Get ready for Arsenal with a blast of the pre-match show on AVTV.

The popular preview programme is brought to you by Jack Woodward, in the company of star striker Andreas Weimann.

Watch the pre-match show now.

Weimann co-hosts the show from the Villa Park soccer school he attended this week.

He was on hand to sign autographs and take part in a Q&A.

He talks of his position as a role-model for the kids and how much he loves interacting with the fans.

Weimann also gives his views on the other stars of the show this week - Gabby Agbonlahor, Brad Guzan and Matt Lowton as well as looking ahead to the Gunners clash.

He tells us about the upbeat mood in training and how the players want to keep that feel-good factor going.

Agbonlahor looks ahead to Saturday's showdown at The Emirates.

Like Weimann, he says the mood in camp is good.

He also reflects on scoring in the 2-0 win over Arsenal in 2008 as well as applauding the form of Christian Benteke and Charles N'Zogbia.

Lowton tells us he's proud of his ever-present record in the Barclays Premier League.

He, too, previews Arsenal and says the players go there in good heart after the joy felt in the win over West Ham.

Lowton says he's relishing pitting his wits against Arsenal's considerable attacking talent - but points out that Villa have gifted players going forward too.

He points to the form of Nathan Baker as a big asset as Villa look to surge up the top-flight table.

Guzan tells us that morale has been lifted by the West Ham result .

The giant stopper also tells us that wins away at Manchester City and Liverpool give the claret and blue troops hope heading to The Emirates.

We also relive some goals scored at The Emirates, including a Darren Bent double in the 2011 win and Olof Mellberg's header in the 1-1 draw in 2006.
