Ashley Westwood is improving as a midfielder - with the helping hand of boss Paul Lambert.
Westwood has been taking advice from the manager in training, with the in-form central star drinking in the words of wisdom from the 43-year-old.
Westwood says he'd be "daft" not to listen to the gaffer, who excelled in the same role throughout his career.
Lambert famously starred for Borussia Dortmund as they emerged victorious in the 1997 Champions League as well as performing heroically in the UEFA Cup for Celtic as they came close to winning the competition in 2003.
Westwood said: "The gaffer has been brilliant with me. He's the perfect role-model for me.
"He's played in midfield and played the same game as me.
"He always has a quiet chat with me, advising me and telling me what he wants me to do. He's been a great help.
"He does work with me regularly, just showing me one or two things.
"He won the Champions League so if he says something, you listen. You'd be daft not to."
