Charles N'Zogbia insists Villa must keep the faith as they plot movement up the top-flight table.
N'Zogbia says the win over West Ham has given the team a lift heading into the final twelve games of the campaign.
French ace N'Zogbia is adamant that the team must now use the "winning mentality" gathered in the Hammers win and have the necessary belief to go on and collect more victories in the coming games.
He said: "I feel happy to win. It was good for the supporters too, at home.
"Now we're going to have that winning mentality with the next game coming.
"We're going to do our best to pick up the wins and get all the points we can.
"Now we have to forget about this game and get focused on the next one. We will try to win as many games as we can.
"We are all in it together. We have a good squad. We are working hard. We just have to have that belief that we can win games.
"All we have to do is stay focused. We must not be scared and enjoy our football. We have to believe we can win games."
That pride and pleasure at performances is something that N'Zogbia is experiencing at present.
And he aims to keep that going, after his match-winning display against the Hammers, summed up best by his wonder free-kick.
He added: "It was a good free-kick and I was really happy about it. I have been working really hard since my injury.
"I am really happy with the goal and hopefully it won't be the last one.
"I am going to try my best, be confident on the ball, not worry and play my game."
