Gary Gardner insists Yacouba Sylla and Simon Dawkins are already part of the family.
Gardner says the spirit in camp is superb.
He believes that "all it in together" attitude will serve the team well as they look to surge up the top-flight table in the coming weeks.
He also thinks it will help Sylla and Dawkins settle in and thus produce top performances.
He said: "It's good to see Yacouba and Simon come in. I have always found that new players coming in gives the place a boost. That's been the case with Yacouba and Simon.
"They'll be coming into a good environment, a dressing room with a great spirit. We're all in it together here.
"We have a great group of lads who are all working hard to turn things around.
"There have been a few games where we haven't got what we've deserved. But we're moving in the right direction.
"The atmosphere in camp will play a part. All the lads are brilliant here at Villa. We get on well together as a group.
"And Yacouba and Simon will feel very welcome. The new lads will feel great about being in this group.
"They will be fine and I'm confident they will do well.
"I am sure they will strengthen the group and make a difference for us. We will take them under our wing, definitely."
