Villa v Bradford programme: Images as players sign special edition

Villa's first teamers are programmed for success - in more ways than one.

Manager Paul Lambert says his players are up for the cup as they go in search of a Wembley trip.

They need to beat Bradford convincingly to progress to the final.

They'll hope their performance is something to write home about.

But before their fate is discovered, the stars penned their particulars in the programme.

A host of senior players - like Ron Vlaar, Ciaran Clark, Barry Bannan, Matt Lowton, Brett Holman, Darren Bent and Christian Benteke - all signed a small batch of matchday programmes.

You have two opportunities to win a copy.

You can enter the competition now.

Or, alternatively, several editions will be spread among the kiosks on match-night.

Our special edition programme is not to be missed. It's a great addition to a collection which began with UEFA Cup-ties against Ajax, MSK Zilina and CSKA Moscow in 2008-09 and continued with the League Cup semi-final against Blackburn Rovers three years ago.

This one is even more special, a 76-page issue featuring a fold-out cover to reveal the squad lists on the inner flaps.

The souvenir aspect is maintained by superb photo-spreads of all of Villa's Capital One Cup ties so far this season, highlights of Bradford's route to the semi-final and memories of two League Cup-ties against the Bantams in the 1960s .

There's also a comprehensive look at our opponents plus an intriguing piece with Villa and Bradford cult hero Ian Ormondroyd.

Then there are regular columns by manager Paul Lambert, skipper Ron Vlaar and former Villa star Stan Collymore, while Mark Bosnich, hero of our 1994 semi-final victory over Tranmere Rovers, is the man in the spotlight in My Favourite Villan.
