Joe Hunt wants his Villa Ladies team to be more ruthless in front of goal as they get set for their County Cup clash with Coventry Ladies on Sunday.
Having already beaten Birmingham Police in the knockout competition, they now travel away for the third round encounter which kicks-off at 1.30pm.
Hunt has been thrilled with his team but wants them to be clinical.
He said: "The team have been in good form.
"We beat West Brom 1-0 in the last match but it should have been more.
"We dominated the game from start to finish. The one thing we are talking about as a group is being more ruthless in front of goal. That's not just the forwards but the whole team.
"This weekend it will be another tough game for us. Coventry Ladies will make it hard for us and try and cause an upset.
"We need to be professional and treat it like any other game. Like we keep saying - if we are in the competition we want to win it."
Hunt has been blessed with some exceptional performers for Villa Ladies these past few weeks.
He continued: "We now have some players in very good form.
"Unfortunately this is our last game before Christmas - which is not good for us! We want to play every week at the moment!
"Emma Follis, Livy Fergusson, Beth Merrick have all been exceptional but so have those playing across the back.
"Dani Petrovic has been huge for us and her form has rubbed off on Jade Richards, Erin Vaughan, Aoife Mannion and Laura Cooper."
In team news, Maddy Cusack will be returning to the squad after being rested for the West Brom clash.
With the previous two weekends postponed due to the weather, she hasn't played in over a month.
Hunt added: "She'll be very eager to be involved!"
Katie Wilkinson and Megan Walsh [both ankle] are out injured. Dani Petrovic, Carly Davies and Kelly Clarke [all personal] are out while Laura Cooper is away with England Colleges.
