Villa have positions available for consumer sales representatives in our Ticket Office.
The roles will be on temporary contracts, up to 10 weeks and commencing on December 17.
You will need to be available to work all through the festive period including Bank Holidays - excluding Christmas Day only.
Working within our busy Consumer Sales department, your role will involve processing ticket sales.
You will be supporting the existing Consumer Sales Team by:
Selling tickets using in-house ticketing systems
Undertaking admin duties
Liaising with supporters
Reconciling/handling cash DPA compliance
You will need to be flexible, confident smart individual who has worked in an office/retail environment.
You will have undertaken some/all of the duties outlined above, particularly cash handling, excellent customer service and be a proficient IT user.
They will be full time positions, 35 hrs per week between Monday and Sunday including Bank Holidays.
