Ron Vlaar has spoken of his delight at seeing so many fans download the iconic image of him celebrating at Sunderland.
Vlaar headed over to the Villa fans who had made the journey to the Stadium of Light and roared his approval at the final whistle.
That picture made its way on to Twitter and Facebook via the official communications team - and thousands of supporters immediately downloaded it as a profile picture on both social media channels.
Vlaar was thrilled when he was told of the epic interest in the photograph - and admitted he'd seen the priceless picture on a host of follower accounts.
He said: "I have seen it a lot on Twitter! It was at the final whistle when we knew we'd picked up three points.
"I was just so happy and delighted at the result. It was a big win with the run of games we have coming up.
"It just sums up perfectly what the win meant to me. You can see. I was full of happiness!
"It was important that the moment was shared with supporters. That was the great thing.
"They come to watch us at home and away, whether we win, lose or draw. They travelled a long way to Sunderland to come and see us win. They were thrilled and I was sharing that moment with them.
"It was a happy trip back for the staff and the team and judging by the reaction of the fans I saw, they were delighted aswell!
"I wasn't trying to create a wonderful picture. That was just my true emotion at that moment. But it's great to think so many people have it as their profile!"
Make sure you're here to roar on the lads against Manchester United.
