Villa v Norwich injury update: Defensive pair “still struggling”

Paul Lambert admits defensive pair Ciaran Clark and Nathan Baker are "still struggling" with injuries ahead of tomorrow's clash with Norwich.

Clark missed last weekend's defeat at Fulham with a knee injury while Baker was forced off after hurting his ankle at Craven Cottage.

The duo will be assessed ahead of the lunchtime Barclays Premier League encounter at Villa Park.

Richard Dunne is still out with a groin injury so Lambert could utilise Matt Lowton as a central defender after the former Sheffield United full-back filled in there during the Fulham clash.

"Nathan and Ciaran are still struggling at the minute so we will have to look at it," said Lambert.

"But it will be more or less the same kind of squad as last Saturday at Fulham."

Make sure you're here to back the boys against Norwich City.
