Villa aim to curry favour with customers as delightful Indian dishes look set to really hit the spot.
Our dedicated chefs have joined forces with Indian caterers Mahirs Experience in Restaurant VMF and are putting on some delicious dishes for your tasting pleasure this Friday.
Don't miss out with sparkling spicy food - as well as several mild dishes for those with a serene pallet - on offer that evening.
There's still some availability so get in quick to book your place on a fabulous food experience.
To start there is Paneer tikka manchurian, our delicious homemade Paneer, marinated in tikka spices, lightly baked, and served with tangy, Indo-Chinese Manchurian chutney.
There's also masala fry cod, pure cod fillet chunks, marinated in curry leaf, and assorted spices, deep fried to perfection.
Or Shahi chicken tikka- chicken breast, marinated in royal spices, cardamom, cream, garlic and mint.
For main course, there's Lasooni king prawn - king prawns sautéed with onions and peppers, finished with spiced garlic emulsion.
Or Punjabi lamb curry - delicious boneless lamb, cooked in true Punjabi style, with fresh tomatoes, onions, herbs and spice.
There's also Achari Murgh - chicken fillet cooked in pickle spices, onions, tomatoes and fresh coriander.
For dessert we have Mahir's trio, Kulfi, passion fruit cheesecake and Tia Maria gulab jaman.
Then there's freshly brewed tea or coffee with Indian sweets.
Remember Restaurant VMF is also open this Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as next Saturday and Sunday on top of the Friday Indian night.
