New menus, new chef, same high-quality dining experience.
More fantastic fare is on offer at Villa's Restaurant VMF - with stunning new menus now available.
The award-winning restaurant, which is located in Directors in the Trinity Road stand, continues to serve up delicious food in a delightful environment.
As well as stunning new menus being available, Restaurant VMF has also recently recruited a new head chef.
Tim Blake brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and culinary class to the team having worked at venues such as the two Michelin Star-rated Le Manoir in Oxfordshire and the famous Waterside in Bedfordshire.
Tim has worked closely with Villa over the years at a number of matchday and non-matchday functions.
He is looking forward to working with the VMF students, as well as helping the restaurant maintain its high standards.
"It's such a great initiative and it's one that I've been following the progress of over the past couple of years," he said.
"For me it's a new challenge, the chance to share some of my experiences and expertise with the young people who work in the restaurant and even more importantly, to share my passion for cooking."
Restaurant VMF is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The new three-course October menu is available at £24.95.
For starters there is a choice of homemade ricotta with St George's honey, green olives and pinenuts; smoke salmon with wood sorrel, horseradish crème farce; white onion and Lightwood Urn cheese soup, duck liver parfait, brioche and deep fried quail's egg; and artichoke and rate potato salad with mint dressing.
Dishes such as local beef fillet medallion, pigeon breast and pan fried salmon are available for main course.
For pudding you can choose from the likes of apple and sultana bread and butter pudding; coconut pannacotta; chocolate cake with milk and honey ice cream pistachio sabayon; compressed melon, cucumber sorbet, yoghurt cream olive oil cake; or a selection of artisan cheese and biscuits.
