Villa v West Brom: Fans asked to create "cauldron of colour"

Fans are being encouraged to create a "cauldron of colour" at Villa Park.

Villa are today launching a B6 campaign to make our glorious ground a sea of claret, blue and lime green.

Villa chiefs want supporters to get hold of shirts in the store and wear their tops with pride - and blind the opposition in the process!

We have a full range of new tops - kids, juniors, ladies, adults - home and away - in our official shops at Villa Park and New Street, so get in quick, snap up your shirts and shine on the sidelines.

Villa's home kit has achieved the best sales for ten years while the away top has achieved a six-year high in figures too.

Don't miss out on your chance to look the part on the greatest stage - Villa Park.

Head of Merchandising John Greenfield said: "We really want to see our supporters shine in the stands.

"The sight of our away fans this season has been absolutely terrific. They have really taken the limelight and added some real pizzazz to proceedings.

"We just now want to replicate that bright, sparkling feel at Villa Park - with home and away kits on show all across the ground.

"You see it at places like Newcastle and Norwich, where you're hit immediately by the colours.

"We want the same, the only difference being the kaleidoscope of colours we have to draw upon - claret, blue and lime green!"
