Matthew Lowton says years from now he'll be telling his grandkids about his Swansea screamer - and ordering them to tell their grandkids!
Lowton spoke of his pride at the first-half wondergoal which set Villa on the road to a 2-0 home win over the Swans.
And he says it's one his close relatives won't forget in a hurry.
First because twenty of his close family members were at the game to see the effort fly past Michel Vorm, including him mum Lisa, who celebrated her birthday this weekend.
Second because he'll be giving a football history lesson to future generations of Lowton's.
He said: "Years from now, I'll be telling my grandkids about that goal. I will be making sure they tell their grandkids aswell!
"I don't score many like that but it was a wonderful feeling to see it fly into the net.
"I had a lot of family down so it meant a lot to score in front of them and get the three points.
"As a right-back, you are not expected to score, are you? But it's my mum's birthday this weekend, so it was nice for her.
"It was quite lucky really because I've had a lot of family down here for the game.
"My agent helped organise a corporate box for me. It's been organised for a few weeks and they saw us win and I scored.
"It was just fantastic. It's the sort of thing you dream about.
"When I signed in the summer, I dreamed of days like that. It was my first Premier League goal and our first win of the season.
"It was one of the best days of my life.
"The main thing was the performance and the win. I thought we were fantastic from first minute to last and thoroughly deserved the win.
"As a defender, clean sheets are always welcome but a goal, clean sheet and win, I can't be much happier."
