Carlos Cuellar believes Villa can rely on their young lions in the end of season run-in - because they play with a 'no fear' approach.
Cuellar has been thoroughly impressed with the likes of Andreas Weimann, Gary Gardner, Nathan Baker and Eric Lichaj.
And the Spanish ace thinks their exuberance helps them perform at their optimum in big venues, such as Old Trafford this weekend.
He said: "Our young players have been very important this season.
"They give you freshness. They are ready to play in every single game.
"I like their enthusiasm and their exuberance. It's not arrogance.
"Sometimes players play with too much pressure on their shoulders.
"But the young lads just come in and play. They are doing so, so well.
"When you play football, no-one cares about age. All that matters is what you show on the pitch.
"It's not important if you're 17 or 30. I think our youngsters are showing they are ready to play. They are doing well."
Cuellar is relishing this weekend's clash with Manchester United, in the cauldron of Old Trafford.
The defensive ace insists Villa head into the match with "full confidence" after promising performances against Liverpool and Stoke.
He added: "We deserved more from those games I felt because I thought we performed well.
"We looked good, we looked strong and we are going to play with full confidence this weekend, knowing we can beat them."
Watch out for the in-depth interview with Cuellar as he discusses the Manchester United clash on AVTV's pre-match show, airing soon.
