Aston Villa’s derby clash against midlands neighbours Wolves still goes ahead on Saturday (ko 12.30pm) – but, on this occasion, FIFA 20 will be the stage and not Villa Park.
The club have announced that Villa, represented by defender Ezri Konsa, will take on Wolves, who’s player will be forward Diogo Jota - and it’s all for charity to raise funds for Acorns Children’s Hospice!
The action will take place on PS4, with fans able to watch the match live on VillaTV.
With all Premier League games currently suspended, the midlands neighbours are unable to face off in their scheduled fixture, which was due to see 40 volunteer bucket collectors located around Villa Park for Acorns’ dedicated charity takeover day.
But the club have worked closely with both Wolves and the charity to ensure we can all still show our support through these difficult times - helping to raise as much money as possible for a fantastic cause courtesy of a virtual bucket collection.

The money raised will go towards Acorns and its work caring for some of the most vulnerable families caught up in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
There are around 600 families supported by the charity across the West Midlands who are now self-isolating and alone as they care for children with life limiting and life threatening conditions.
Acorns has mobilised staff and volunteers to deliver care packages of essentials, toiletries, treats and games for children, as well as emotional support.
On behalf of Aston Villa, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Acorns Children’s Hospice, thank you, as always, for your magnificent support!
