Charlton have found their feet after a shaky opening and they're growing into the game.
They're pressing Villa high as the home side hurry to keep possession.
They've not caused Villa 'keeper Sian Rogers any problems yet.
There's been few chances to get excited about after the early goal.
Hayles turned smartly on the edge of the box before driving one wide but that's the only other effort we've had so far.
Woodham has been Charlton's best player so far, jinking her way down the left flank.
Ale has done her best to keep the winger quiet but she might have a battle on her hands today.

So close to a second for Villa as Hanssen hits the post with a header.
It was a great move involving four players that resulted in Syme floating in the perfect cross for the Dutch midfielder.
There's been a stoppage in play with a visiting player down and getting treatment.
Despite the great start, this hasn't been a vintage display from the home side so far.
They've dominated the ball but won't be happy with their attacking play.
Ewers and West go close with long-range shots to close the half as Villa pushed in vain for a second goal.
They go in 1-0 up at the break thanks to a goal after just 32 seconds from Shania Hayles.
