Aston Villa is pleased to confirm ticket information to supporters for the Carabao Cup Final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 1st March 2020.

The club have been allocated 33,095 tickets for the West End of Wembley, where they will face Manchester City (ko 4.30pm).

Pricing categories are split into five sections and there is also a concession rate for 17-21 year olds, Senior Citizens aged 65 and over and children aged under 16.

After listening to feedback from our supporters, the club has made the decision to introduce extra levels of sales criteria for Carabao Cup Final tickets.

This will now include windows for Claret or Cub members who have attended 8 or more and 5 or more home fixtures (including matches in the Carabao Cup) this season, subject to availability.

How to buy

Due to anticipated demand, the Club recommend booking online ( as the easiest and most convenient method of booking.

Supporters will also be able to view a Wembley seating plan online and choose which block they would like to sit in.

During each sales period, tickets will be limited to one ticket per eligible Fan ID.

To assist fans, the Club will be enlisting the help of Quay tickets, based from The Lowry, Manchester, to handle overspill telephone bookings. 

Please note, tickets are only available online or over the phone. They cannot be purchased in person from the ticket office.

Ticket Opening Times

- Online at are open 24 hours a day.

- Over the phone open 9am until 5pm weekdays (Thursday is 9.30am) and Saturday 9am until 4pm. 

Disabled and visually impaired supporters

There are a number of Wheelchair and Ambulant Disabled tickets with accompanying Personal Assistant tickets available. These are sold under the same periods of sale and available through the same sales channels. EFL regulations and Aston Villa FC terms and conditions apply, including the availability of age related concessions.

Disabled supporters who require a carer do not need their carer ID when purchasing. Please just use your Fan ID as this will allow you to book for you and your carer, the carer will show as a zero value.

There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for persons with mobility difficulties which are positioned in Level 1 rows 30/31. Please note headsets and mini induction loops need to be booked in advance, please enquire via

Administration Fees

There is a £2 per ticket transaction fee for every ticket sold and £2 per transaction for tickets that require posting.

Supporters aged 16 and under

Those aged 3-16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Children under two years old are not permitted into the stadium, with the exception of the hospitality areas & boxes.

Children under two years old situated in hospitality areas & boxes will require a match ticket.

Coach travel

There will be official coach travel departing for Wembley from Villa Park at 11am. Tickets cost £32 and will be available online or via telesales.

Car Parking

Parking for supporters can be purchased via or by telephone 020 8903 6966.

Car parking is charged at £30 per car if booked in advance. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increase on matchday.

Any supporters wishing to take flags or musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact Wembley Stadium to request permission.

Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them.

No resale of tickets

It is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell tickets.
