Aston Villa have now confirmed ticket information to supporters for the Carabao Cup Final against Manchester City.

What is the easiest way to book tickets?
Due to anticipated demand, the club recommend booking online at tickets.avfc.co.uk as the easiest and most convenient method of booking.
Supporters will also be able to view a Wembley seating plan online and choose, to a point, which block they would like to sit in.
Not all blocks will be released initially but a selection of each price category will be available.
Please note, tickets are only available online or over the phone. They cannot be purchased in person from the ticket office.

To assist fans, the Club will be enlisting the help of Quay tickets, based from The Lowry, Manchester, to handle overspill telephone bookings.
What is the sales criteria?
After listening to feedback from our supporters, the club has made the decision to introduce extra levels of sales criteria for Carabao Cup Final tickets.
This will now include windows for Claret or Cub members who have attended 8 or more and 5 or more home fixtures (including matches in the Carabao Cup) this season, subject to availability.

Tickets will be sold on a one per Fan ID basis to eligible supporters subject to availability.
What are the ticket prices?
Ticket prices range from £40-£100 adults, £30-£75 for 17-21-year-olds, £20-£50 for Over-65s and Under-17s across five seating categories.

Is there a stadium plan?
The club have been allocated 33,095 tickets for the West End of Wembley.
How can I purchase tickets together for friends or family?
The only way to guarantee supporters are sat together is if tickets are purchased together in one transaction.
Due to time constraints and high levels of incoming calls we will unfortunately not be able to facilitate ticket moves for supporters who have purchased separately.
How can I purchase tickets together for supporters who are eligible at different times?
As above, the only way to guarantee supporters are sat together is if tickets are purchased together in one transaction.
That will mean that in order to sit together you will need to purchase when all supporters become eligible.
Where can I find my Fan ID?
You can find your Fan ID on your season card, any match ticket that has been assigned to yourself on the bottom right or an email confirmation you have received for a past purchase.
It’s also displayed when logged in to your Ticketing account on tickets.avfc.co.uk.
Can I re-assign tickets purchased for past matches?
Unfortunately, we are unable to retrospectively re-assign tickets for past matches.
Supporters are required to provide the details of other supporters at the time of booking all tickets and are urged to do this as per our on-sale information.
No exceptions will be made regarding this policy for Carabao Cup Final tickets.
Is it too late to register for a Fan ID/account?
It is not too late to register for a Fan ID for those who do not have a ticketing account.
People who have just registered can purchase their tickets on general sale (subject to availability).
This can be done by setting up an Online Box Office.
Can I still buy a Claret / Cub Membership?
The deadline for purchasing a membership for the 19/20 season has passed.
No further membership sales can now be purchased.
I’m on the cup scheme - do I have to do anything?
Supporters on the Cup Scheme must still purchase their ticket online or via phone.
How can I check the number of matches I have been to?
You can find out how many games you have been to by logging in to your Ticketing account on tickets.avfc.co.uk and checking your personal information.
I am having problems trying to use my online Ticketing account. Can you help?

Are there any Transaction Fees when purchasing tickets?
There will be a £2 per ticket transaction fee and an additional £2 fee per transaction where tickets are to be posted.
Will there be any travel available?
Travel is available for supporters to book and will depart from Villa Park at 11am on the day of the match.
Tickets are priced at £32 per person and can be purchased by supporters online or by phone.
Coach travel will also be available again via provider Zeelo and will depart from different areas across Birmingham. For more details visit Zeelo here.
What are the Ticket Office opening times during this period?
Our ticket office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (Thursday is 9.30am), Saturday from 9am to 4pm.
Our Online Box Office is open 24/7.
What are my ticket options as a registered disabled supporter?
The price charged to wheelchair patrons is equivalent to the relevant price for the area in which you’re situated, with personal assistants (PA – where required) gaining access free of charge.
Concession rates will apply across all of these tickets for Junior Wheelchair or ambulant supporters 16 years of age and U17 and 65 and over.
Disabled supporters who require a carer do not need their carer ID when purchasing. Please just use your Fan ID as this will allow you to book for you and your carer, the carer will show as a zero value.
There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for persons with mobility difficulties which are positioned in Level 1 rows 30/31. Please note headsets and mini induction loops need to be booked in advance, please enquire via email@example.com.
Disabled season ticket holders can purchase online or over the phone during their priority window.
Is there any other ticket information or terms and conditions I need to be aware of?
Supporters aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Supporters aged 2 and under are not permitted to purchase a ticket in the stadium bowl but can be accommodated in hospitality areas

Can I take in a crowd flag and/or musical instrument?
Any supporters wishing to take flags or musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact Wembley Stadium to request permission.
Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them.
