Kortney Hause says Aston Villa's summer signings have mixed well in their first few weeks, and that we're now starting to see their qualities on the field also.
The likes of Jota, Frederic Guilbert, Ezri Konsa and record transfer Wesley have impressed in our two pre-season friendlies so far, with the latter notching an assist against Shrewsbury on Sunday.
Hause has credited the Brazilian for his quick impact among the team, while praising the week-long camp in America for quality bonding time with our other incomings.
On Wesley, Hause said: "He's a good addition from what we've all seen so far.
"He brings people into the game and is a good hold-up player. But he's also quite mobile.
"He's a good addition – let's hope he can do what he's doing in the Premier League.
"We all talked and got to know each other. It was a good chance to bond as a team, especially for the new players.
"You can tell they're all good people – it's always important to work with good people.
"They're all good footballers as well. It's been a success so far. Now, we just need to keep working hard."
