What is the easiest way to book my Play-Off Final tickets?
Due to the anticipated demand, the club recommend booking online as the easiest and most convenient method of booking.
Supporters will also be able to view a Wembley seating plan online and choose to a point which block they would like to sit in.
Blocks in the North side of the stadium will be available first, moving South.
While sales can also be processed by telephone on 0333 323 1874, we expect our phone lines to be extremely busy so be mindful that there will be delay before your call will be answered.
Please note: The ticket office at Villa Park will not be open in person for Play-Off Final ticket sales.

Tickets will be sold on a one per Fan ID basis to eligible supporters subject to availability.
What are the ticket prices?
Ticket prices range from £36-£98 adults, £27-£73.50 for 17-21-year-olds, £18-£49 for O65s and U17s across five seating categories.

How can I purchase tickets together for friends or family?
The only way to guarantee supporters are sat together is if tickets are purchased together in one transaction.
Due to time constraints and high levels of incoming enquiries we will unfortunately not be able to facilitate ticket moves for supporters who have purchased separately.
How can I purchase tickets together for supporters who are eligible at different times?
As above, the only way to guarantee supporters are sat together is if tickets are purchased together in one transaction.
That will mean that in order to sit together you will need to purchase when all supporters become eligible.
Where can I find my Fan ID?
You can find your Fan ID on your season or membership card, any match ticket that has been assigned to yourself on the bottom right or an email confirmation you have received for a past purchase.
Can I re-assign tickets purchased for past matches?
Unfortunately, we are unable to retrospectively re-assign tickets for past matches.
Supporters are required to provide the details of other supporters at the time of booking all tickets and are urged to do this as per our on-sale information.
No exceptions will be made regarding this policy for Play-Off Final tickets.
Can I still buy a Claret / Cub Membership?
Unfortunately not. The deadline for purchasing a membership for the 2018/19 season was 28th February 2019.
No further memberships can now be purchased.
How can I check the number of matches I have been to?
You can find out how many games you have been to by logging onto your Online Box Office and checking your personal information.

Are there any Transaction Fees when purchasing tickets for the Play-Off Final?
There will be a £2 per ticket admin charge and an additional £2 fee per transaction postage fee.
How will I receive my match tickets?
All tickets will be posted to supporters by 1st class Royal Mail. Due to time constraints and the large number of tickets to be dispatched, we are not able to accommodate any requests for ticket collection.
Supporters are advised to ensure their personal details are correct at point of purchase.
Overseas supporters will have their tickets made available for collection on the day of the match from Wembley Stadium.
What happens if I do not receive my match tickets?
Supporters who have not received their match tickets by Saturday 25th May are advised to contact the ticket office directly on 0333 323 1874 where you will be advised of alternative arrangements.
Will there be any travel available?
Travel is available for supporters to book and will depart from Villa Park at 9am on the day of the match. Tickets are priced at £32 per person and can be purchased online or by phone.
What are the Ticket Office opening times during this period?
Ticket Office phone lines will be open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, Saturday from 9am to 4pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

What are my ticket options as a registered disabled supporter?
Disabled & Visually Impaired Supporters: The price charged to wheelchair patrons is equivalent to the relevant price for the area in which they’re situated, with their personal assistants (PA – where required) gaining access free of charge.
Concession rates will apply across all of these tickets for Junior Wheelchair or ambulant supporters 16 years of age and U17 and 65 and over.
There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for persons with mobility difficulties, which are positioned in Level 1 on rows 30/31.

Disabled season ticket holders can be purchase online or by telephone during their priority window.
Is there any other ticket information or terms and conditions I need to be aware of?
Family Area: Wembley Stadium have designated 1,000 seats in Blocks 137 to 140 in the West side of the Stadium as a Family Area for supporters.
Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than one adult for one child, at a maximum of four children for every adult ticket.
Supporters aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Crowd Flags and Musical Instruments: Any supporters wishing to take flags or musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission.
Please contact Wembley Stadium to request permission.
Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them.
Supporters may bring an individual hand waver flag into the stadium if it is under 250cm in size at the widest or longest point.
