5 reasons to be here for Rotherham

Be here as we host Rotherham United at Villa Park on Tuesday 18th September.

The fixture is our fourth home match of the Sky Bet Championship campaign, where we so far remain unbeaten on our own turf.

Here's a few reasons to get yourself down to the stadium a week on Tuesday...

1) Home, sweet home

The conclusion to our last home match against Reading might not have panned out exactly the way we'd have all liked it to, but it was another result that supplemented a strong home record over the last two years.

We've lost just five times in 48 league matches in front of our own fans – keeping that strong ratio intact with late results against Wigan Athletic and Brentford last month.

We'll now aim to make it just five losses in 50 as we host the Millers and then Sheffield Wednesday in a home double-header.

2) Home debuts

There could be home debuts for new attacking duo Yannick Bolasie and Tammy Abraham against Rotherham.

Abraham played 90 minutes against Blackburn while Bolasie was a late sub at Ewood Park in our last match.

This Millers game is expected to mark their first showings at Villa Park. Don't miss it!

3) Bargain buy

Tickets are priced at £20-£33 for adults, £15-£20 for concessions (O65s, students in full-time education and members of the Armed Forces), £10-£17 for U21s, £5-£10 for U18s and £45-£55 for a Family Package (two adults and two U18s in selected areas).

Alternatively, you can still get a Season Ticket for just £342 (adult) and £74 if you're an U18  – guaranteeing you the 20 Sky Bet Championship home matches remaining, as well as priority for away and Cup match tickets.
