Our new Luke 1977 home kit for the 2018/19 has received further recognition this week – scooping two online awards.
The innovative strip, a UK football fashion first, has been hailed the best in both the Sky Bet Championship and the whole of the EFL in two separate votes.
First, it was popular men's fashion and style magazine GQ who ranked our home shirt top of the Championship charts on Tuesday.
Then, across the week, the Official EFL Twitter account ran a tournament-style poll containing 32 of the 72 EFL clubs with the best new attire, as narrowed down by fans.
We emerged from a group containing Luton Town, Bradford City and Scunthorpe United, before toppling Bristol Rovers, Walsall and Plymouth Argyle in the latter stages.
In the final, we then outscored Bristol City to take the EFL's best home kit accolade.
It's the latest highlight in a so-far remarkable launch month, that has also seen sales increase by 750% compared to the last two years across all three shirts – outperforming the last five season launch sales.
We have sold stock for eight weeks in just under a fortnight.
The home, away and goalkeeping shirts are now back on pre-order, with new stock coming in towards the end of August to fulfil the high demand.
If you haven't got your hands on one yet, pre-order yours here.
