Robert Snodgrass: Away form makes us dangerous at Leeds

December 1, 2017

Robert Snodgrass says the team's strong away form gives them belief that they can go and take all three points at Leeds United on Friday.

Elland Road is considered one of the toughest away fixtures in the division, despite The Whites having been beaten there three times already this term.

And Snodgrass, a former Leeds player, insists he and his team-mates can earn another win on the road.

He said: "It's going to massive."We've been doing really well away from home.

"This is what chasing promotion is all about, games come thick and fast and there aren't any easy ones.

"I think our good form on the road is down to taking our chances when they've come.

"We did that against the likes of Barnsley, Burton, Preston and QPR.

"We've got to keep that going and take our opportunities, especially given the injuries we've got in the squad.

"We now believe that we can win every game we go into"

The Scot has been in superb form of late, playing a key role on the right side of midfield and contributing towards plenty of goals.

His influence has seen him rise to the top of the squad's rankings for most assists, with five to his name.

He added: "I'm really enjoying being in this team.

"I had a couple of broken ribs last month but I feel good now.

"It's something I just had to get on with.

"I'm happy to put my body on the line for this team and this club.

"It's all been coming together recently and we're in a good place.

"Hopefully we'll be in an even better position come Saturday."
