Pride Rewards, our innovative new points-based loyalty scheme, has officially launched.
The scheme – a digital first in world sport – allows members to earn points through attending matches, making purchases at Villa Park and by engaging with the club on social media.

What is Pride Rewards?
Pride Rewards is the club’s new points-based loyalty scheme for season ticket holders and members of our official fan membership - The Pride.
You can earn points every time you interact with the club, which can later turn into fantastic rewards.
How do I earn points?
Points will be added to your Pride Rewards account every time you:
- Attend games or events at Villa Park
- Every time we win and score
- Add e-cash to your rewards card and make payments around Villa Park (coming soon)
- Engage with us on social media (coming soon)
What rewards are on offer?
Pride Rewards could include a mixture of exclusive matchday experiences such pitchside visits, VIP pre-match events, being flag bearer and even taking a selfie on the pitch at half-time!
We’ve also added signed shirts from the current squad and also Villa legends, you could spend the night at the Belfry Hotel after a game and also experience our new hospitality suites.
How do I use my points?
You can spend your Pride Reward points in three ways:
1) Auctions (in blue)
Use your points to bid on rewards – the highest bidder wins.
2) Marketplace (in claret)
Spend your points on rewards - each item shows how many points it’s worth and how many items are left in stock.
3) Prize draws (in yellow)
Use points to buy a raffle ticket - the winner is drawn at random.
If you get a reward, you’ll receive an automated email with details on how to redeem it or we’ll be in contact from the Club shortly after.
How can I find out more?
Our Pride Rewards collection point will be open from two hours before every home game if you have any questions, or you can email us at rewards@avfc.co.uk.

How can I access my Pride Rewards portal and see how many points I have?
You can access the portal online at avfc.co.uk/rewards to redeem your points.
Alternatively, you can download the official Aston Villa app and login to the portal on the move.
To login, use your FAN ID and password as you would for our ticketing site.
If you haven’t yet reset your password on our new ticketing provider, CLICK HERE and login with your FAN ID and postcode (no spaces in lower case) to do so.
How do I sign up for Pride Rewards?
Pride Rewards is now open to season ticket holders and members of The Pride.
Claret is our official fan membership for supporters aged 16 and over, and benefits include a £10 ticket voucher and priority ticket access.
Cubs is our official fan membership for supporters aged four to 15, and benefits include four free home league game tickets and opportunities to become a flag bearer at Villa Park.
