Loyalty Cash - How it Works

How it works

All season ticket holders will start with a loyalty cash balance of £0 and will earn £1 loyalty cash for every additional ticket purchased for a home Premier League game.

Don't forget to provide your client reference number when you are purchasing additional home tickets.

Your loyalty balance will be updated within 48 hours of a home game taking place.

Loyalty cash can be redeemed on tickets or merchandise. To redeem on tickets, simply visit the ticket office at Villa Village or to redeem on merchandise, visit the Villa Store at Villa Park or the city centre.

There is no minimum spend required to start redeeming.

You can retrieve your loyalty cash balance at any time by calling 0800 612 0970 or emailing loyaltycash@avfc.co.uk with your name and client reference number

A monthly balance email will also be sent - if you don't currently receive emails from the club please email ticketsales@avfc.co.uk with your name, client ref. number and email address and we will update your records.
