You loyalty cash balance is held on your season card and can be redeemed by presenting your season card either at the ticket office, Villa Village or the Villa Store at Villa Park or New Street, Birmingham. You must have your season card with you in order to redeem.

Yes as long as you have the name, address and where possible client reference number of the fans you are bringing and give these details to the Consumer Sales Representative when booking the tickets.
There are three ways in which you can check your loyalty cash balance:
1. Monthly email update - you be will sent an email once a month containing your loyalty balance. If you do not currently receive club emails, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, client ref. and email address.
2. Email enquiry - email email@example.com with your name and client reference number and you will be emailed your latest balance.
3. Call Consumer Sales on 0800 612 0970 and request an up to date balance.
If you think your loyalty balance is incorrect, please call 0800 612 0970 and they will be able to check the latest earnings and redemptions on your season card. Please bear in mind that balances will only be updated to reflect ticket purchases 48 hours after the match has taken place.
This is not possible unfortunately as your loyalty cash balance is held on your season card.
When purchasing additional home tickets, you can either move your season ticket so that it is next to the additional tickets you are purchasing, or you can just buy them in an available area of the ground, and keep your season ticket in your usual area.
