Villa v West Ham team news: Lambert makes three changes
Villa make three changes to the side which drew 3-3 at Everton.
Nathan Baker replaces Joe Bennett, Fabian Delph comes in for Karim El Ahmadi and Jordan Bowery replaces Gabby Agbonlahor.
