Fulham U18 0-3 Villa U18: Young guns make it six from seven

Villa made it three wins on the bounce in the Barclays U18 Premier League with a convincing display at Fulham.

Jerell Sellars, Jordan Lyden and Thomas Strain scored the goals for Tony McAndrew's side, who have now won six out of their first seven games.

The first goal arrived on the half hour mark after Khalid Abdo was fouled in the penalty area as a corner came in.

Sellars stepped up to fire past Fulham keeper Ryan Boot.

In the second half, Lyden arrived in the six-yard box to convert a low cross from Strain.

Then Strain got on the scoresheet himself after brilliant work by Sellars down the left.

Sellars won possession back from a defender before running to the byline and cutting back for Strain to shoot high into the net.

VILLA: Grant, Zazrivec, Lyons-Foster, Toner, Wildin, Cowans, Lyden, Calder, Abdo, T Strain, Sellars. Subs: R Strain, O'Brien, Forth, McKirdy.
