Villa v Man City team news: Five changes as stars return

Villa have made five changes for this afternoon's Barclays Premier League clash against Manchester City.

Brad Guzan, Ciaran Clark, Antonio Luna, Fabian Delph and Andreas Weimann return to the starting line-up after missing out on the Capital One Cup defeat to Tottenham in midweek.

City have also made a raft of chances following their 5-0 demolition of Wigan in the Capital One Cup.

Sergio Aguero is injured so Edin Dzeko and Alvaro Negredo will lead the line for Manuel Pellegrini's team.

Joe Hart is back in goal while Pablo Zabaleta, Matija Nastasic, Alendandar Kolarov and Yaya Toure return.

Former Villa midfielder James Milner also starts for the visitors.

VILLA: Guzan, Bacuna, Vlaar, Baker, Clark, El Ahmadi, Weimann, Luna, Delph, Sylla, Kozak. Subs: Steer, Bennett, Helenius, Albrighton, Bowery, Tonev, Lowton.

MAN CITY: Hart, Zabaleta, Kompany , Nastasic, Kolarov, Nasri, Fernandinho, Toure, Milner, Negredo, Dzeko. Subs: Pantilimon, Lescott, Richards, Clichy, Garcia, Navas, Jovetic.
