Grealish makes loan switch to League One side Notts County

Jack Grealish is set for his first taste of senior football after joining Notts County on loan.

Grealish has moved to the League One side on a youth loan deal until January.

The Birmingham-born winger will be eligible for tomorrow's League One clash against MK Dons, where he could come up against fellow Villa academy player Samir Carruthers.

The loan switch caps a busy fortnight for the 18-year-old.

Grealish scored a hat-trick in his last outing for Villa U18s against Bolton Wanderers, while this week he featured for Republic of Ireland U21s in their European Championship qualifier against Germany.

Last season he played a big part in Villa's NextGen Series triumph, scoring in the semi-final victory over Sporting Lisbon.

In March 2012, Grealish was named in Villa's first team squad at the age of 16 for the Barclays Premier League clash against Chelsea.

He featured for Paul Lambert's team during pre-season ahead of the current campaign and scored in a 5-0 friendly win at Walsall.
