Determined N'Zogbia: We are positive ahead of final five
Charles N'Zogbia believes the "positive minds" in camp will see Villa through in the closing weeks of the season.
N'Zogbia admits the team are in a "big battle" between now and the end of the term but insists they have the necessary traits required.
That's certainly shown by current form, with Paul Lambert's men accumulating ten points from the past five games - including three wins and a draw in that quintet.
He said: "Any game we play in, we're just trying to get the most points.
"It's going to be a big battle. But everybody is happy. We have a good communication in training.
"We have positive minds in training.
"The team spirit will see us through. We work for everybody.
"You just have to stay calm and play your game.
"Just be confident in yourself and don't be scared of thinking about relegation.
"Just think about football and think about winning. It's the only way.
"Block out everything else and focus on yourself.
"At the end of the league we'll see the points and we'll know what's going to happen."
N'Zogbia was on target for Villa in their useful draw with Fulham at the weekend.
He says scoring the goal made him happy - although he admits he'd rather be happy at the end of the season.
He continued: "It was a good goal. We tried our best to get the three points.
"I'm happy I scored. Every time I'm happy.
"I'm happy for myself and the team too - but it's not finished yet.
"We have to keep winning and win as many as we can.
"Only then can we be happy."
Next up, of course, is Manchester United at Old Trafford but N'Zogbia is hopeful ahead of the clash with the champions-to-be.
He added: "In football, anything can happen.
"Everybody knows Manchester United are a big team and they are fighting for the title.
"But we are fighting in the relegation battle - so you never know.
"It'll be a massive game, against big players and a big team."
