Partnerships Executive REPORT TO Head of Partnerships Activation LOCATION Villa Park ROLE The role of the Partnerships Executive is to support the Head of Partnerships Activation and to ensure that the partnership function proactively contributes to the club's success in line with the club's vision, brand values and strategic direction. The club also wants this role to ensure a smooth process of activation, implementation and ongoing communication with its corporate partners and suppliers. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Manage the day to day contact of specified club partners and suppliers ensuring that contractual rights are received. Developing relationships with partners to understand their brand and how the partnership can be maximised for both parties Internal relationship management with various departments to ensure that contractual rights for club partners are met and delivered General administration to support club partnerships, such as ensuring contract invoices are raised, late payments are chased, posting match tickets, programmes, hospitality package paperwork and signed merchandise Point of contact for all marketing activity including club partner copy and creative approval, use of database, use of web inventory etc Copywriting for web stories and programme editorial when required Event management support of club partner matchday promotions which may include half-time pitch activity Assisting with general club partner activity at home matches such as promotional staff management etc Point of contact for in-stadium betting facility provider. Supervision of facilities will relate to stadium signage and match day operation in both the concourse and corporate areas Chairing regular update meetings with partners to ensure the activation of the partnership is maximised - on and offsite Attending club partner events as and when required Working all home matchdays in the main to assist with club partner activity but can involve hosting club partner guests for hospitality, showing guests the dressing room area, facilities etc Managing specific projects en-bloc for club partners where required. For example, potential signage requirements at the club's training ground, Bodymoor Heath Managing club partner website activity including uploading of adverts and analyzing results of specific campaigns and ad-hoc web inventory To ensure presence on club social media platforms when relevant content provided Responsible for up selling opportunities to club partners (outside of contractual rights) which may include advertising, events (golf days, end of season dinner etc) and match day hospitality, en-bloc allocation of stand tickets where required Developing opportunities internally to maximize partnership relationships.
