Paul Lambert, Gabby Agbonlahor and Ron Vlaar faced the AVTV cameras after Villa's 2-2 draw against West Bromwich Albion.

Villa clinched a point that lifted them out of the bottom three thanks to first-half goals from Christian Benteke and Agbonlahor.

However, there were mixed emotions in the claret and blue camp after they let a two-goal lead slip.

Lambert was on hand to give his verdict following the derby draw at The Hawthorns.

The Villa boss felt his side should have been "out of sight" by half-time after playing some scintilating football.

He was frustrated by West Brom's comeback but still took great heart from his side's performance.

Agbonlahor echoed the manager's sentiments after playing his part in a terrific display.

He talked about his goal which came courtesy of a superb counter-attacking move and also reserved praise for striker partner Benteke.

Vlaar spoke of his delight at making a return to action having being out since December with a calf problem.

The captain felt Villa played some excellent football but was disappointed not to hold on for all three points.
