Villa's players geared up for Saturday's clash at Manchester City with a final training session at Bodymoor Heath.

Several of Lambert's star players, including strikers Christian Benteke and Andreas Weimann and defensive duo Ron Vlaar and Ciaran Clark, were back on the training field after representing their national sides in midweek.
