Villa v Man Utd tickets: Lambert promises "right good go"
Lambert is eager for a bumper Villa Park crowd to cheer his lions on as they aim for back-to-back victories.
Villa boss Lambert was in awe of the away support at the Stadium of Light as they didn't stop singing from first minute to last.
And he wants a vociferous following in B6 to rally his troops against the Red Devils.
He said: "We go into the game against Manchester United now and it's against one of the best teams in Europe.
"We are at home, we will give it a right go and the crowd will be right behind us.
"The crowd were great at Sunderland. We are progressing, that's for sure."
There should be some really exciting battles on the pitch this Saturday too.
Ron Vlaar comes up against Dutch pal Robin van Persie, Ciaran Clark is aiming to shackle Wayne Rooney while Ashley Westwood will be eager to keep his place and battle Michael Carrick.
The big game also sees Ashley Young return to Villa Park and he will be in for a tough challenge against in-form Matt Lowton.
The Category A game takes place on Saturday, with a 5.30pm kick-off.
The prices are £25 to £45 [adults], £22 to £45 [concessions], £15 to £40 [U16s], £10 to £40 [U8s] and £35 to £40 [adult/junior combo ticket].
They are on sale to supporters with a booking history.
