Villa's first game in the new Professional Development League against Stoke City will now take place at Bodymoor Heath on Wednesday August 22.

The claret and blues are set to welcome the Potters for their first game in the new U21 Premier League competition.

The clash at Villa's training HQ will kick off at 1pm.

It was initially due to take place on Saturday August 25 but has now been brought forward.
