Female fans of Villa will be able to glow in the dark this season - courtesy of their first-ever away kit.

Villa have never produced a second strip for ladies...until now.

Thanks to Macron's agreement with Villa to offer a more extensive range, women will be able to wow in the crowd during games on the road alongside the men.

Villa's ladies kit - which mirrors the gents version of lime green - is currently on sale at both Villa Stores, located at Villa Park and New Street. It's also available online - click here.

John Greenfield said: "We like to listen to our fans intently and one of the main comments we've seen repeated is from ladies asking for an away shirt.

"With the second strip being so bold and so prominent, it was the perfect time for us to deliver. And we have.

"I'd love to see a mass of women in the away end at Upton Park, cheering on the lads as they look to start the season in style.

"I think the guys look good in the new lime green tops but let's be honest, women are more stylish so I'm sure they can really pull off the look at away games!"

But the new away kit is just one of the 122 Macron items, over 500 overall, in the Villa Stores this season.

Villa took on board feedback from fans about the need to boost their product range and the items on sale now show the merchandising operation has delivered.
