The Aston Villa viagogo ticket exchange has launched for the 2012-13 season.
The service enables supporters that have spent their hard earned money on a season ticket to recoup some of the cost back for matches they cannot attend.
And for the first time ever fans will be able to pick the price they are willing to sell their ticket for.
Viagogo, Villa's official ticket exchange partner, is Europe's largest online ticket exchange.
It provides a safe and secure online exchange facility for the club's season ticket holders.

Who can sell tickets on viagogo?
Season ticket holders can sell their tickets for games they are unable to attend to other Villa fans.
What price should I list my ticket at?
New for the 2012-13 season - you choose the price to list your tickets for. You will have a much better chance of selling them this way. Also, a new feature we have introduced is that you can now gauge how competitive your price is in comparison to other season ticket holder tickets listed on the site.
How much will I receive if my ticket sells?
You will receive the price you put the ticket up for minus 10% [viagogo fees].
When and how am I remunerated for seats sold?
Payment will be initiated on the day of the game to your choice of BACS or PayPal. Please note this can take up to five days to be accredited to your account.
How soon can I list my seats for sale for a fixture?
You can list your tickets for all games from the beginning of the season.
Can I remove a listing if I change my mind?
Yes you can, as long as your seat has not already been sold- you must delete your listing immediately to avoid disappointment
Can I be responsible for multiple seats [ie. juniors, family members]?
Yes you can, by linking your tickets - either as controller of individual tickets [allowing seats to be sold separately], or 'grouped' tickets [determining seats can only be sold together].
What happens if I forget my password?
Click 'forgotten password' at Sign-In screen, answer your password recovery question [provided on registration] and you will be granted access on temporary password. Click on 'My Account' to re-personalise a new password.
I'm a match ticket purchaser who can no longer attend a game. Can I sell my ticket on the exchange?
No, the exchange is an exclusive service for Aston Villa season card holders. Contact the Aston Villa ticket office on 0800 612 0970 to discuss options available to you.
I don't have regular access to a PC - can I use viagogo at the ticket office?
Unfortunately not - The Aston Villa ticket exchange is an online platform which allows Villa season ticket holders and fans to buy and sell tickets in a safe and guaranteed virtual environment
How will I get my tickets?
All UK purchasers who buy tickets more than 72 hours prior to kick-off will have their tickets posted first-class, unless you choose to collect on matchday. For security reasons, all non-UK purchasers are asked to collect their tickets on matchday from a designated viagogo collection window from our matchday collection kiosks on the Trinity Road car park. These open around two and two and a half hours before before kick-off.
What happens if my tickets don't arrive in the post?
Should your tickets not arrive within 48 hours of kick-off, call Aston Villa Consumer Sales on 0800 612 0970 to arrange for secure duplicates to be left for your collection.
Can I change my delivery method?
Unfortunately not - once your method has been chosen, it cannot be amended.
How many tickets can I buy for a game?
There is an upper purchase limit of six tickets per person per game.
Can I cancel an order I have placed?
All viagogo sales are final.
How close to a fixture are seats available to purchase?
Games will go off sale 24 hours before the game, so keep checking back to see if there are any tickets available!
