Express and Star: Aston Villa have completed the signing of Feyenoord midfielder Karim El Ahmadi for an undisclosed fee believed to be in the region of £3m. The 27-year-old Morocco international has put pen to paper on a three-year contract with the claret and blues which will keep him at the club until the summer of 2015.

Express and Star: Marc Albrighton today backed Villa defender Eric Lichaj to build on his encouraging finish to last season and push himself into manager Paul Lambert's plans.
