Villa continue their new social media feature on AVFC.co.uk, looking at a host of tweets from players, former players, celebrity fans, journalists and supporters each week.

The rise to prominence of Samir Carruthers has generated plenty of excitement among Villa supporters.

The midfielder has impressed the claret and blue faithful with lively cameos against Manchester United and Liverpool.

Carruthers couldn't hide his delight after being thrown into the action against United.
