Ticket advice for fans ahead of FA Cup clash with Arsenal
![]()
The counter will be in operation between 9.30am and 11.30am for those needing to arrange duplicate tickets for the match or for travel to the Emirates Stadium. However, fans are advised to contact the Consumer Sales department on Friday or Saturday to arrange duplicate match or travel tickets rather than waiting until Sunday. The Consumer Sales phone lines and the City Centre store will be closed for business on Sunday. Anybody who is unable to come to the ticket office in person on Sunday should contact the Arsenal box office from 1pm on Sunday. The Arsenal box office team will then be able to liaise with a member of Villa staff who will be on standby. Supporters are advised NOT to turn up for official coach travel at Villa Park without a pre-booked ticket. There will be no spare capacity to transport supporters who have not booked a coach seat before Sunday morning. The fourth round tie against Arsenal is now sold out and supporters are advised not to travel to the Emirates Stadium without a match ticket. Click here for QPR tickets. Keywords
