Child's play for Agbonlahor as he hands over hospital donation
Agbonlahor was the star man at the oncology ward as he chatted to staff, patients and family as well as handing over his own personal contribution.
Agbonlahor was certainly a popular visitor as he brought joy to the faces of kids who are really suffering.
He admitted he loved giving of his time to such worthwhile causes.
He said: "It's great to come down here and see the kids - and put smiles on their faces. It makes me happy.
"I try to make their day. It means a lot to me and I think it's very important. Anything I can do to help - like my donation - I am more than happy to do it.
"To think my money will go towards something like equipment is fantastic.
"They are very brave too. They must be in lots of pain but they still managed to smile when I met them.
"Hopefully my attendance has brightened up their day. The staff are really nice too and they do a tremendous job."
Villa's star striker has certainly been getting involved with community work over the past few months, after taking part in another fundraiser a few weeks ago.
Agbonlahor handed over another cheque, of £714,129, which went towards developing a third generation artificial grass pitch and state-of-the-art pavilion for young footie aces from Boldmere Falcons.
