Martin O'Neill is sweating over the fitness of Carlos Cuellar, Ashley Young and Stiliyan Petrov ahead of the Fulham trip.

Cuellar still feels under the weather after missing the Hull clash with flu while Young and Petrov are on the mend after both limped out of the Tigers victory late on.

O'Neill is hopeful all three will recover in time for the Craven Cottage game this weekend.

He told AVTV: "Carlos has been pretty poorly now for quite a few days.

"We were hoping a couple of days rest might put him in better spirits for Monday night but he didn't make significant progress in that time. We will wait until the end of the week and see how he is.

"There are a few other concerns. Ashley and Stiliyan limped out of the Hull match but we are hoping they will be fit for Saturday."
