Martin O'Neill has confirmed he will make changes to his Villa team as they look to see off the challenge of MSK Zilina on Thursday.

The Villa boss shuffled his pack in the Czech Republic - making a host of personnel changes as the claret and blue troops emerged 1-0 winners over Slavia Prague.

And MON has now revealed Marlon Harewood, Brad Guzan, Moustapha Salifou and Nicky Shorey will all start in the club's third UEFA Cup group stage game.

The Villa boss said: "We will make some changes to the side.

"Marlon Harewood will start. He would have played in Prague in the last European game but his wife gave birth at that time.

"He is really eager to get going and chomping at the bit to play.

"Brad Guzan was brilliant for us in Prague and he will also get an opportunity to play too.

"All the players are really looking forward to the game and they are ready and determined to get the right result on Thursday."
